Sharon Batts is owner and President of KIASHA (Kingdom
Insured Ambassadors Saved Hopeful
Anointed™) Entertainment LLC, a Christian
Entertainment and Promotions Company that coordinates
world class events and music productions. Formerly, a
resident of Memphis, Tennessee, now resides in Northern
California. Sharon is responsible for successful event
planning for several corporations over the years
including coordinating weddings since 1982.
KIASHA Entertainment in collaboration with EWB
Entertainment and NuFavour Ministries produced the 3rd
Annual Northern California 3-Day No Weapon Youth Fest,
featuring DaTruth with Cross Movement, Dice Gamble,
Dominic Camany and other local artists
and local politicians as speakers, the event was
held August 16 through August 18,2007 in Sacramento,
California.
The 1st Annual Monterey Gospel Festival held on Mother’s
Day weekend, May 12 and May 13, 2007 and co-sponsored in
parts by KIASHA Entertainment LLC, the California Black
Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the Seaside Ministerial
Group and Pastor H. H. Lusk, Sr. made history on the
fairgrounds of Monterey, California. Gospel in May In
Monterey featured headliners; Martha Munizzi, known for
praise and worship and Vickie Winans, from the
gospel-singing Winans family dynasty, Eugene Cole; other
featured artists included Amy Cooley, Athena, Fret Knot,
the official Monterey Gospel Choir and many others.
KIASHA Entertainment completed the “Soaring
RelationSHIPS Conference” on October 21, 2006, co-hosted
with Rhonda “The INNERgizer” White held at the Embassy
Suites in downtown Sacramento. Sharon in association
with IQ Enterprises, Inc., accomplished a production of
The CoverMen, an all-male fashion review, hosted by
Michael Adrian Davis of Hallelujah 95.7FM Radio,
Memphis. The show featured gospel recording artist and
PAJAM production members, J Moss with 2103. The event
also included Memphis’s own, Marius Scott during an
energetic and anointed show on June 11, 2006 at the
Cannon Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
The eminent production of the 2005 “Blessings In
Paradise”, which featured world renown speaker, Bishop
T.D. Jakes of the Potters House, Dallas, Texas and
gospel premier saxophonist, Angélla Christie, is still
receiving reviews and has become part of a historic
celebration for St. Thomas and surrounding islands.
She has done other collaborations to include
Registration Coordinator for one of Sacramento’s largest
Christian churches, Calvary Christian Center; Women’s
Conference “A Woman’s Worth”, held November 9-11, 2005.
On July 2, 2005, Sharon with IQ Enterprises, Inc
sponsored a fashion show for the Edwin Hawkins & Walter
Hawkins Music & Arts Love Fellowship Conference held in
Los Angeles, California. Ms. Batts coordinated Unlimited
Fashions of Sacramento, California, 8thAnnual Gospel
Fashion Show and Scholarship Fund Raiser on Saturday,
November 13, 2004. The fashion show brought one of the
most influential women of the new millennium, Susan L.
Taylor, Editorial Director of Essence Magazine New York,
as keynote speaker for the event.
September 4, 2004, under the production of IQ
Enterprises, Inc., the 1st Annual “Blessings in
Paradise”, jamming gospel celebration took place on the
beautiful island of St. Thomas. The event featured
Donnie McClurkin, the 2004 Grammy nominee for his song
titled “Again” and Martha Munizzi, whose awards include
2006 Dove Award nominee, 2006 Grammy award nominee and
the 2005 Stellar award. Martha received the 2004 Dove
Award for her recording of “Because of Who You Are”. In
additional, the event featured Micah Stampley, who is
featured on Bishop T. D. Jakes “HeMotions” CD, winner of
the 2004 Stellar Award Talent Search and St. Thomas US
Virgin Island’s own, Belinda Telemaque. |
